Objective: Premier Management Services required a set of logos that would accurately reflect their brand identity—professional, reliable, and trustworthy. The goal was to create logos that encapsulate these values while also visually representing their field of expertise in property management.

Design Process:

​

  1. Initial Consultation:

    • Discussed the client’s vision, target audience, and key brand attributes.

    • Agreed on using a blue and yellow color scheme to convey trust and optimism.

​

  1. Concept Development:

    • Focused on themes surrounding houses and buildings to symbolize property management.

    • Explored various design elements and typography that align with the company’s values.

​

  1. Logo Creation:

    • Designed four distinct logos, each incorporating the agreed color palette and thematic elements.

    • Ensured all designs were clean, modern, and professional, suitable for various branding materials.

Designs:

​

  1. Logo 1:

    • Features the abbreviation of the company (PMS) in a bold, yellow color to create an abstract and modern design.

    • Combines simplicity with visual impact, emphasizing the company's initials prominently.

​

  1. Logo 2:

    • Combines both house and building elements with the company name.

    • Represents the comprehensive nature of the company's services.

​

  1. Logo 3:

    • Utilizes a building and a house on a hill, which bring focus onto the company's name.

    • Highlights the company's focus on property and structure.

​

  1. Logo 4:

    • Incorporates the outline of a yellow house roof, with the company name "Premier Management Services" displayed below in blue. 

    • Reflects the company's expertise in property management.

​​

Outcome: The final logos effectively capture Premier Management Services’ brand identity. Each design is versatile, making them suitable for various applications including business cards and websites. The use of consistent colors and themes ensures a cohesive and recognizable brand image.

Rebranding

When the company rebranded, it was time to redesign.
